Took a few images on my way up north for my wedding shoot this weekend. Got two great images of a Bull Elk in the water, then myself and my assistant (seen in last picture) took our hand at landscapes without any filters on for a minute, resulting in the miserable waterscape at the top, haha. But I like it.

Love the backlighting on the elks antlers. Worked out so nicely. I will post the sneak peak from the wedding shortly. Some really unique images from this one. Amazing day.

I like it to!!! The composition was 'borrowed' from a landscape photographer friend of mine that adores using ultra wides and basically pointing them at his feet to stretch the foreground. Landscapes are just something I've never done. I admire great landscape photographers so much.

But I did print a small copy of that waterscape and liked it. I am going to try to edit in some more contract and light on the foreground rocks and see if that helps.
