Decal causing inability for char login???

Hello,
Still having issues with Decal in Win 7 x64. Had it running well up until a major crash had me reinstall windows from disk. I think I have all prereq's loaded and decal does show up upon login, but character hangs and cannot log in. I assigned a static IP adress and forwarded ports, so I cannot figure out the problem. Hoping for a little love from the community here--

You said your running windows 7 64bit. I dont know much about decal stuff, but that could be the issue. If you ARE running xp, i would update to sp3.

Yes, running win 7 x64, but have compatability set to XP SP2. As I said, I had it working fine for the last few months, but now cannot seem to get both AC and decal to work together. I had a lot of trouble getting the settings right the forst time, but eventually got it. Can't tell what is wrong now - I think I'm just overlooking a step somewhere...
AC runs W/O Decal, When Decal is turned on, it injects and shows up, but char hangs at login and does not portal in...

Unless you are running the beta version of Decal, Windows Vista and Windows 7 will only show up as Windows XP in the export anyways.

Reinstalling windows might of messed with the .NET framework installations. It shows it is installed but some parts could be missing. Try reinstalling .Net 1.1 and 2.0 again just to be sure. It will not hurt your current installation.

Go to the sticky at the top of the page and install everything in the first post.
Then go down 5 posts and check and make sure you didn't miss anything when installing.

I'm not sure what's up. I can get in sometimes, and sometimes cannot. When I do get in, everything works fine. I can't tell whether it's AC, Decal, or my wireless network causing me to hand at log-in... this is a stinker... Everything was so stable a couple of weeks ago...
