This is the second time I received something like this on an email account I havent used for WoW in years. The first one was about my account being used to sell gold, this one is a bit stranger.

It's possible someone(Zhang)just opened an account using the wrong email address. The link listed is for an account opened out of South East Asia but does seem authentic.
