In addition to the new iLevel 365 gear that players can purchase from unlockable vendors at the Molten Front and the epic armor sets they can claim from Ragnaros and his minions in the Firelands raid, patch 4.2 also boasts a wealth of cool items for collectors and completionists alike.

From companion pets to mounts to trinkets with unique on-use effects, there's a little something for everyone. To make sure you don't miss out on any of these collectables, we've put together a list of all the new featured items introduced in 4.2 so you can check out what's available and where!

So beyond fluff and equipment what will soon be replaced (yet again) is there any REAL reason to bother with Firelands?

Are there recipes (that I can make some money with) that can only be purchased there?
Will it make some permanent changes to some of my stats (ala EQ1 alternative advancement system)?
Is there anything that at all that would be more useful than yet another trade mule toon (or two)?

Tried to get there but got bored with the pointless ramblings of Thrall(?) and his squeeze and went off to do something actually useful.

Dude you get to see Ragnaros with legs...stop being so damn needy. Blizzard doesn't have infinite resources.

You either like MMORPGs gameplay, or you don't, although I'll admit I'm pretty sick of rep grinds (cata is the same as wotlk) and the whole grind heroics for emblem gear...then bliz resets it all and you get to grind it again, just like in wotlk, is beyond overdone.

Bliz has made this patch extra time sinky. One raid with each boss having large loot tables means you'll either get lucky or have to run the place dozens of times to get items you want. Exceptionally painfully long rep grind that'll be sheer hell for altoholic types (like me).

All of this is making me consider rolling up some Rift soul scramble I haven't tried yet.

Supposedly but what do you need money for if you don't wanna play the rest of the game? I think the recipes are raid drops. Yay. I raid and will get them but still think that's a lame way to do it.

AA is EQ's talents. WoW already has talents, so what would the point be....that's right...none.

They do talk a lot, the quest is mindlessly easy, and you get a 365 cloak for finishing it. Bliz' cutscenes and movies seem to be a bit on the lame side lately. But hey, you get a cloak out of it.

Not to mention half the time their crappy dialogue boxes don't even show up properly on the cutscene. I mean really, you can't even program your crappy stuff properly?
