As shown, nothing loads! Also the previous version of alinco works great, it's only in the new build I am getting these issues

 Subject: I am having a problem with Alinco3 1.0.1.10!
Do you have AC, Decal, or Alinco installed under the program files directory? If so that could stop it from working. Post a decal export with locations added in first though. We cannot really help you with no decal export.

You have AC and decal installed under the program files directory. AC, decal and all plugins have to be installed outside of the program files and (x86) directory for them to run properly.

 Subject: I am having a problem with Alinco3 1.0.1.10!
The only pre-req's I see for Alinco are .Net 3.5, which is installed by default with that O.S. Maybe try to reinstall .Net framework 3.5. It will not hurt anything even if it is installed already.

 Subject: I am having a problem with Alinco3 1.0.1.10!
To me it seems like Alinco isn't able to read or write to where it's supposed to in the Documents folder. Normally if it can't find a profile, it will create a new one.

When you installed Alinco, did it ask if you wanted to install it for everyone or just you? Might try unisntalling and reinstalling and choosing the opposite one that chose before. (If the installer did have that as a question. Been a long time since I've installed it.)

You can also check to see that it actually has a folder where it's supposed to in your Documents folder. You could try uninstalling and then deleting that folder if it exists and then reinstalling.

Not sure that either of those suggestions would do anything or not, but it's what I could think of off the top of my head.
