forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Ok, did this quest, wasnt as hard as I thought it was. Traded in the 3 notes for 15 mill xp each, even did the follow up Burun Burrow Quest for an extra 45 mill xp and a useless ring. But I keep reading about how I should talk to the NPCs in Kara for more XP. These would be the 3 NPCs that sit in the attic of a building next to the mage tower, spoke with each of them, no extra XP. What gives?

You should have spoken to the appropriate NPC in Kara before you started the quest, then once you've completed the quest, you speak again to receive the extra reward.
These quests in Kara change monthly.

You don't have to speak to the NPCs in Kara. All they care is if you've completed their quest for the month and aren't on your timer for Kara rewards.

Oh ok - I always thought you had to speak first to be flagged for that reward.

Ok, so this particular quest probably rotates every other month and I just choose the wrong month to do this quest.
