Warrior is an obvious winner I think. What would be my next tank to try? Eventually I want to give all a shot.

I'll be honest... that is surprising to me. I've never tanked as pally but the forum warriors always say that pally tanking is overly simplistic. I should dust off my level 77 pally and respec him.

Dk is the most fun for me. Then I'd have to say pally, druid and warrior in that order.

I'd agree warrior is the most fun tank, I would put DK second for similiar reasons- a deep bag of tools to work with that take at least a little experience playing with to get the most out of them.
Probably paladin 3rd and Druid last- Druid feels like a neutered melee dps with very few tanking tools to work with, especially in your typical moronic AoE spamming 5 man pug or some really overgeared 10mans you can feel like you really accomplished something just holding down the majority of the threat.

DK for good both tank capable and dps capable.
Easy to play to basic level, but with some skill can really shine (same can be said for most classes I guess).

Only tank I haven't tried is a druid. Like my DK. LOVE my pally (my main). But I do just have ot admit my warrior is down right fun!

I don't think anyone can give you an accurate answer as to whats going to be fun for you and opinions are always going to be divided.
I loved my pally back in WOTLK - it was without doubt easy back then. By far more fun than DPS or healing as a pally IMHO (but at the time I thought that in general). I've not logged on to the Pally in cata.
I've taken a War to 85 and done Heroics. Found that to be quite fun... quite a few more tools and quirks - I loved being able to intercept and charge and that sort of thing. The Pally was far more static.
Druid I played at 80 on my brothers account and as an above poster pointed out, they may make good tanks but it did feel a little limp.
Playing a DK at the moment, just in 70's and I love that as much as I loved the pally back in WOTLK. Has some of the tools of the War and the "oh shit" buttons of the Pally I think. I love the self healing and disease concept, lot of fun but harder to play IMHO (although up to now it is pure faceroll through dungeons).

I'm trying both my Pally and DK again. I'm healing on the pally until 80 at which time I'll AH-upgrade my gear and go tank. The DK just has always felt weird to me. The rune system feels like I'm playing whack-a-mole. I feel more tied into a certain rotation because of the runes. I just need to wrap my head around it I guess.

Same for me. I rate my warrior tank as 3rd. I will admit I've been least aggressive about fully utilizing my warrior - only just recently got him to 85. After tanking frost forever it took me a while to fully get into blood tanking and now I love it, so I'm thinking I'll appreciate the warrior more once I put more effort into it.
I got into tanking in reverse order...warrior first, dk second, didn't even make a pali til late in wotlk.
I haven't tanked enough as druid to rank it but I'm pretty sure it'd end up being 4th - just not as many interesting tank abilities. Too vanilla.
IMO all 3 of pali, dk, and warrior plenty going on if you're using all of your abilities. I expanded my keybindings since any of them have so many things I might want instantly available. Warlock and hunter are the only nontank toons where I'd need so many freaking keybinds just to feel ready for anything.

Agree... but I like it
You do have to think more about what youre doing throughout a fight, with the pally I found you just had to round up the adds and presto, you're tanking (which was usually quite easy). With the DK I think a bit more about my opener (depending on number of adds) and I have to think a bit more during the fight, especially if I pull more than I should have... thats when Blood Tap, Death Strike, Bone Shield, etc... need to be worked into the rotation...

I guess that is what I like about the warrior. Positioning the pack so they are all hit by the conal shockwave and all the mobility. I'm turning a new chapter in my life. I've played the DPS role for the last 10 years of MMO gaming. I'm excited to try tanking. Then I can be the ass in the group. Fun times.
Edit: The only thing I'm not sold on when it comes to warriors is limited self-healing. I've witnessed a group wipe at 90% on a boss and the DK tank finishes the fight :P No warriors pull off that crap.
