Error on Decal Setup Installation.

Everytime i go to install it .. By the time the setup starts saying..."Copying New files"... an errore pops up saying this message.. ' Error writing to file: Decal.interop.core.DLL. verify that you have acces to tha directory. ' Then i pust rety. and it tell me that Compenent is missin program cant finish installing aborting setup.. then closes..
Ive tried all i know... Even Factory Restore on my computer still nooothing.. =\ anybody kno ?

First of all, I'm assuming you're trying to install on Windows 7 and have downloaded the "full" version of decal. Second, there is a sticky at the very top of this forum that says "List of links for decal and associated necessities.." that has all of the info for installing on Windows 7.

ok ok well now .. i got that problem solved lol i got decal installed, but vtank when i downloaded it on decal it pops up as a bunch of red x'd boxes

You are using Win XP. Just install everything normally and it will work.
What you are talking about is for people using Vista or Win7.

ohhh ... i thought i had to be special too lol... So best adivce would be delete that whole decal folder i made ande start from scratch?
and do you know a site that can clear my registry of it all so i can start from a clean installation?

Unless you are very computer literate, I don't suggest messing with your registry. Even using a "cleaner program".
Just uninstall everything and delete the folders they were in.

ok i did that even uninstalled AC and reinstalled it... but now i get this error " Could not extract version information from acclient.exe ".. ? when im at the screen where it tells me to choose the folder Asheron's call directory is in.. all i can choose is the extracted AC_data fils i downloaded from the ac site where you digitaly download the game... and now all the boxes are red...

-1 are normal till you load in the latest memlocs,
what i don't like is the no version decal fileservices which MAY hose up dl'ing the memlocs.
you need more of an expert then myself to help you, sorry.

Another thing that I noticed in your export is that you have a crappy video card. 128MB is not enough to run AC today.

Ok Ive done this over and over and over in many different ways and forms and nothing..... Im not that dumb with computers been around them my entire life... Last time it took me 20 mins to have decal up and runnin .... ever sence i came back they did something that messed everything up ... All i have is "Red [x] Decal FileService <No dll> "

I have

I would suggest trying Microsoft Update.
If that does not fix things then uninstall all version of .Net and then reinstall .Net.
