I certainly don't think the dunk over a car hood should have won, but whatever. However, this dunk during the rookie game should have been in the running. Considering it was during a game (even one that doesn't count), with a guy you are not normally teammates with, just says wow to me.

that and he jumped over the short part of it and didn't get it in the hoop all that impressively
weren't there some internet videos of Kobe jumping over a car coming at him or something a couple years ago? those were more impressive than the dunk over the car

Spud Webb won back in the mid 80s.. Think he was shortest to ever win it. He is like 5'7" I think...
