Hey everyone, This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and a half, and I am TIRED of using Lifetank!

Alinco simply will NOT load in game.

I have all of the required programs installed!

you have way too much ltx and dt stuff loaded/installed that i know nothing about

ltx, darksidefilter, thirst, tpx, xml thirst for example so i've no clue as to if any of these are causing issues.


didn't see net 1.1 installed which isn't required for alicno - 3.5 is required but decal doesn't reflect if it is installed or not since 3.5 is post decal release.

i see you've got acdc turned off, not sure but i thought ac-dc required net 1.1 which isn't installed so if you are having issued with ac-dc try installing net 1 & updates.

im not having issues with acdc

i have windows 7 so .net 3.5 comes automatically installed, and it is enabled ( i ran a verifier last night)

you need to DL and install the [v1.1.4322] (1.1 Final) : Installed (Service Pack 1)to get it to work its you should find a link to it on Alinco site

Disable the Darkside filter and see if that solves ur problem.

That's the filter for lifetank. It causes problems every once in a while.

Edit: Also, don't think Alinco is installed correctly....

Notice the lower case "g" in games. All the other pathways are upper case. Not sure why that is. Do you possibly have more than one games folder?

Yup. The funny thing is, when I first got this computer, Alinco worked.Then I quit ac and uninstall-ed it along with everything else AC related.Now that I'm back, it simply will not work (show up in game) Also to note, these plugins used to work and no longer work either: MapHud (or whatever, the one that shows the map of the dungeon on your in game radar)

A very interesting update:

I started up my PC this morning, made absolutely no adjustments, and to my surprise, Alinco loaded in game!

However, AC started crashing, me being an idiot I didn't write down the exact error. It was something like "AC failed to allocate memory" or something along those lines...

AC Crashed about 3x with this error, the 3rd time, ALINCO STOPPED LOADING IN GAME AGAIN.

Any Ideas guys?

Something else that is interesting and I just found out - Alinco seems to load when I start AC with dual client....

That seems like an injection problem then.

Haz informed us a little while back that dual client uses a different injection method than decal does.

May want to pm Hazradi and ask him to take a look at this thread.

Edit: Don't think it'll make a difference, but try updating your video drivers. They are almost a year old.

Also, you could just use the built in looter with vtank and cut alinco out altogether.
