Thanks. I’ll do it once I get home. I just want a new game.. AION bored me.. FF 14 was the worst game I think I’ve ever played in my entire life… Thankfully I got it for free. I want a new MMO with pvp and not a battleground concept like WoW… I absolutely HATE WoW’s pvp. I haven’t looked or read anything about this game but a few people are talking about it and I’d like to give it a whirl. TY.

Sentinel is a heal dominant spec but kills quite well. The best bet for leveling a cleric that you intend to go full heal on is to start with a spec like sent/inq/ward or sent/dru/ward for the killing power, then add your full heal role and souls after you get to sanctum.

My final builds will likely be ward/pur/sent for dungeons, and sent/ward/dru for PvE, haven't figured out PvP yet, although the PvE spec works well enough I might swap out druid for either inq for the stopping power or a melee soul for a bit more survivability.

Druid gets sleep CC with 11 pts into the build by the way. Also, why aren't you playing with us :oP

Unless they find some way to prevent level 50s from walking into the level 10-20 areas and ganking like griefing dingleberries, I'm sticking with PvE. I just don't trust today's gamers to avoid the tempation of feeling like ubersauce for one shotting a group of players just trying to get through their first rifts.

Well, a couple things:
1.) You don't get any kind of kill credit for anyone 7 levels or more below you so there is 0 incentive for people to grey gank. It happens in every game, and will happen in this one for sure, but I don't think it'll be widespread. Just /release and come back. Most people won't continue griefing for a long time, I've found from other games.
2.) Low level characters can hit high level players (and even kill, assuming there are enough people around). At the very least I'm assuming/hoping that as lower levels we can CC and get away from a bored 50, and if we're in a big enough group we could potentially take them. This was the way it worked in DAoC, and Age of Conan, but WoW is terrible in this aspect because a level 20 has no chance of landing anything on an 85.

Between 1 & 2 I think it'll be okay. And there is xp from pvp, so it'll be fun to hang around quest hubs and pk. happy

I just worry abuot folks who take pride in being jerks.

Also, I am concerned about the frustration of dealing with a tough quest, combined with a rift spawn, combined with a group of gankers, it just seems like a recipe for rage.

You can't really fill out the PvP classes until you hit 50 anyway because of the favor cost or whatever it is. I'm not a big fan of the PvP trees, I feel like they should toss them in favor of letting people compete with their own unique builds instead of blank/blank/inf

Well the plan is for me and Mike to share an account and focus on '1' char. My sister will play my account on beta in this phase and if she likes it pre-order her own. If she doesn't like it, she will just work on my char on the side or make her own on my account.
