Im just 8 short.
Killed Gnash. Did Battle maiden stuff. Did the end defend the rift thing and quests dried up.
I freed Willie. one other quest along the way that i can't think of. any thing come to mind on missing 8?

I'm unsure for Vashj'ir, but there were I think 15 or 16 quests extra in Hyjal past the achievement, so I'm pretty sure Vashj'ir has quite a bit more too. Just swim/fly/whatever around till you find it.

Did you kill an eel?!
I've only done a few quests in Vashjir, but I did notice that killing some random eels that were swimming around "spawned" a new quest for me right on the spot to kill some more.
I'm not sure how many quests there are like this in the zone, but it's worth looking in to =)
