Subject: ok...so...
The last week i have tried my debit card along with 2 of my credit cards, and 2 friends credit cards to subscribe to AC....WHY WILL IT NOT LET ME SUB? all it says is there has been an error blah blah blah....tried turbines site but since my account is not active i cant do anything on there....they really must want AC to die???? Anyone know anything that can help me here? i just need my fix lol

The best thing to do is to call Turbine. They keep saying on their forums that the billing nonsense is 'fixed', but, obviously, it's not 'fixed' happy This is from their support page, I hope it helps...




The Turbine Billing Account Management Site is where you can:

* Activate an account with a product key

* Manage your billing information such as your credit card number and billing address

* Manage your personal information such as your on-file email address

* Change your password or recall it if you have forgotten it

There are two ways to contact Turbine Billing Support:

By Telephone: 781-407-4020, Monday through Friday 12:00pm EST to 8:45pm EST, except for Holidays.

the internet form i did over a week ago, i called them wednesday and they said its not even showing me trying to put in a card.....so that means its their site basically blocking me??? lol and after being on hold for about 45 minutes i hung up. Customer support? right.

Call them. You may be on hold for 45mins to a hour but they can enter your cc info over the phone and get it going immediately. I had to do this with 3 accounts.

SOUL!!!! Hiiiii! I tried to send you a PM but it won't let me yet. I got your YIM msg, I deleted it by mistake, but sent one back, and one to your email(not sure if you use that one anymore). I haven't been on YIM in ages, so Im not even sure how much time lapsed between your msg and my reply. Anyway, I'm back IG...sort of...DL'ed the free trial to check it out and see if I want to come back permanent. Gotta try not to get addicted again, but needed a FIX too! This game will never be like the old days but it's like a comfy old shoe. It's been, I dunno, four or so years since I've played but still remember almost everything...amazing!
Well, I hope ya get in...

They said that the major issues billing was having a couple months ago have been fixed.


The current issue from what I understand is that sometimes when a person had a credit card applied to the account which expired there is an issue with putting a new card on the account and you have to e-mail them or call them.


Obviously the people this effects the most are those who are returning after a long absence so their billing info is so old their cards are bound to be expired.

Hey, not sure if you are still checking here or not, I'll msg you on YIM too...I got my old account back. It wasn't as hard as I thought, the worst part was being on hold for about 45 mins. As long as you can verify your old info, you're good to go. I had everything BUT my password, good thing I never threw all that stuff out! GL...
