This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

first wanna say thanks for looking and any help possible
I can get dual logging working just fine, but if i leave only one client running for some time and then try to log in the second account, it does not work correctly even though i can get logged in. this is what happens, log in, launches, black screen for some time, then vials fil up, then black screen, click with mouse, splash screen, log in screen, log in, then game gets stuttery like i am lagging, even though other client works fine. the stutter will freeze the screen for 15+ seconds then update, then freeze for another 15+ seconds and so on and so on.
some more info, when i log acdc in, i get a warning saying that filter path detection was not installed properly and to reinstall acdc, which i have done many times and stil cant get to work correctly. in the options tab it is greyed out and cannot be selected.

Probably not a solution to your problem but something I noticed in your export that can lead to possible problems is that it looks like you've installed a lot of plugins and ACDC directly into the c:\Games folder. That is not a good idea. Each program that you install should have it's own folder inside c:\Games.
Also, I am assuming that you tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACDC?

sorry, i guess a simple yes would do. ill make a folder for the plugins, should i make one folder for all my plugins or individual folders?

Sorry. Somehow I completely missed that part. 
Individual folders for the plugins. It helps to keep track of what files belong to which plugin and also just in case for some reason if two different plugins each name one of their files the same thing.
