Fog Error Messages

Hey all. So I downloaded and installed Decal and Vtank, everything seems to run fine. When I downloaded Fog though, I am getting two error messages in my chat window. FOG> err_AChooks_ChatTextIntercept: Object variable or With block variable not set...FOG> err_StatusTextIntercept: Object variable or With block variable not set. I will post a Decal Export also. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You need to look at the requirements for the plugin. There should be a text file in the installation directory or on the website you got the plugin from telling you what requirements it has. A few plugins still require .NET framework 1.1, so you could try installing that and see if that helps. Either way it will not hurt your system to install it.

also you could be having the vista/win7 install to default directory folks run into where it is write protected unless you are running as administrator. so decal and plugins should be installed to a newly created directory, eg c:/games, where they plugin would have write priviliges.

You need to tell us the link for "FOG" ..
In searching around, I have found no existences of a Decal utility called FOG. And you most likely need to go back to the author of FOG with those errors.

Hey guys, thanks for the help. I got Fog to stop giving me that error message, everything seems to be running good now. In the past few days though, two other issues have arised. Sometimes when I go to launch AC, I click on DT and it begins to load then nothing happens. AC has also been crashing randomly giving me a Direct X 9 error. I have downloaded and installed Direct X 9, but it still does it sometimes. Running Win 7 64 bit

i have uninstalled decal
fog
both
seperate
updated decal
made sure both arent in program files
lets just say i been working on it for over 5 hrs now
Wondering what u did to get it to work

I'm having the same problem, none of these tips worked, I've uninstalled/reinstalled, done all the requirments. Still gives me the error msgs. "err_StatusTextIntercept: Object variable or With block variable not set" after every Text line in the chat window.
