Anyone know why my Lifetank and Vtank just keep casting the same spell over and over and over?

it was working fine yesterday and i downloaded Vtank cause i heard it was a smoother macro and all of the sudden lifetank and vtank just keep casting the same spell over and over till i run low on mana then it casts stam to mana over and over and over. any help would be appreciated.
