Decal ran fine for 2 years, now it crashes ac on launch. NO CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE!

Ok, long short, decal has run bullet proof for two years. Xp machine, nothing on it other than decal, ac, and firefox. I dont browse the web, theres no malware/adware/viruses/etc. It was fine friday night, left my bot on in MP, came back to it, fine. I closed ac, rebooted. Now no matter what I do, decal crashes ac on launch. Ac runs fine without decal, NOTHING has been changed. System updates are off (never turned em on), no new plugins, no NOTHING. I have tried repairing decal, reinstalling it, disabled EVERY single plugin, etc etc etc.
Im at a total loss. Someone help!

Try disabling alinco3 and see if it still crashes.

Thanks but I stated that I disabled every single plugin (even the core ones) and no go.
HOWEVER, I did figure out a solution, but not the cause. I use dual client, if i log on one client (with decal off) then once im in game, load decal, and fire up the second client, all is fine. So I just created a new folder with another copy of AC in it and its fine. Whats REALLY odd is I overwrote the files in my main dir with files from another dir and that didnt fix it. I had to remove the dir all together and start a new one for it to work.
Oh well its working now and I hope this helps someone in the future who is searching for it!
