this is interesting...i agree with what he says regarding entitlement, but cant see limiting the age to 21. i would like to see the NBA come back to a less of a "look at me game" and more of a team game. but not sure if this is the answer. but regardless a good topic to discuss.

As a college basketball fan I would love to see this implemented, and honestly it would make the NBA equal to the NFL as the NFL has a three years removed from high school policy. One and done's are disrespectful to the college scene, that rule makes a mockery of the the college system. Atleast if they have to go to class for three years, there is a chance after their NBA career is over they will go back for the last year and get a degree, with only going for one year it is significantly less likly they will finish their degree. I also think the overall talent in college basketball would benefit greatly with a three year rule.

Once more I am forced to agree, one of the things that happens every so often in college football is some of these 'phenoms' actually see how close they are to their degree, that they are willing to stay that extra year and earn it. It may be extremely rare that this happens but it has, or in the case of Cameron Heyward he stayed partly just to experience his senior year (I know damn well that's not why he did it, but it's the reason he gave for it...). Of course as an Ohio State fan, I just wish the 'Thadd Five' had stayed at least one more year.

completely agree with Amendial...good points, i would be excited again for College basketball..would be nice to see some dynasties and learn to just hate some teams again.

not sure how close we are for this to become a reality...but one can only hope.

Agree, it should be 21 or at least two years of college. The current system is a joke.

well some teams are moving towards a team based system out of sheer survival of not being able to afford big name players, look at the Bucks this year, the starting lineup was a joke, yet they played together as a team and bought into the coach's scheme of things and they got to a game 7 in the playoffs when they were predicted to be the worst team in the East

I actually agree with this. While there are some great young players, time only makes thing better.
