Other than that lucky football win KU has owned this series this school year. Took all three baseball games (actually four if you want to count the non conference one in KC), and both basketball games. This is what I want to see more of. Muck Fizzou, Rock Chalk Jayhawk KU!

border standings were wrapped up for Mizzou a month ago...  http://www.mutigers.com/ot/border-showdown.html What's that make, 4 in a row for MU and 6/8 overall?
When MU wins it again next year, KU will have a hard time getting respect in Conference USA when they get to join them..

That point system is crazy and you know it. 3 points for womens golf? Come on who cares about womens golf. I would rather watch paint dry. The facts are the facts and in the only three sports that matter: Baseball, Mens Basketball, and Football, KU dominated Missouri. You know you are getting desperate when you are using Womens golf to keep your head above water.
Edit: Oh yeah and have fun in the Big 10, your lack of Final Fours and BCS games will fit in great there.

considering that MU was so far ahead that the spring sports basically did not matter (ku was mathematically eliminated months ago) I hardly would say that MU was relying upon womens golf. But whatever helps you sleep at night.
I know there isnt much for ku fans to hang their hats on lately so I will give you a sweep of MU in baseball! congrats.
Football team firing Mangino and replacing him with a coach that has a losing record!
Northern Iowa!
Star basketball recruits choosing Washington over ku! reason: "he did not want to go to a school with 'off the court issues'"!
Not being on ANY major conference radar as the Big 12 breaks up! - which might lead to them having to face Northern Iowa in conference play!
oh and then there is the FBI investigation into all the illegal money associated with the athletic department!

Turner Gill should be better than Mangino, so that is a wash. A loss to an unknown team in the NCAA tournament is nothing new either. We will see what happens IF the Big 12 breaks up, but most likely Missouri will leave (probably to get away from being dominated by KU in sports that matter) and the Big 12 will grab TCU. As for the two top recruits blowing off KU, I didn't see Missouri posted on their radar at all so take that however you want. It is kind of funny that a couple star recruits not picking KU makes your day, if we had that attitude toward Missouri we would be having a wonderful day, everyday.
Oh and btw you want to say Missouri clinched that months ago? Might want to take a look, had the two golf events and the tennis events gone KU's way not more than a month ago KU would have the event locked up, I know you went to Missouri but I had assumed you could do simple math like that. Congrats your 11th place Mens golf team is better than our 12th place golf team, that is something to go running down the street celebrating about. I will trade a loss in Mens and Womens golf for a sweep in baseball every year.

I feel the same way Liquid...
but I do have one other thing to say to you Amendial. Now, I know its a long time between now and basketball season, but I am sure you remember me telling you about the likelihood of MU beating ku twice this coming year IF everyone qualifies. Well, that class of 4 got even better by adding 2 juco All-Americans a month ago. Again, there are lots of things between now and then, but don't be surprised when MU does beat you guys twice. In all seriousness, I have not been this excited about basketball since the early 90s. I know you will just have some sarcastic remark, but I look forward to playing ku in basketball over the next few years... provided we do stay in the Big 12.

Missouri does look like they will be pretty good the next couple of year, but just remember KU is never an easy victory one time not to mention twice. I am excited about KU's team next year, sure we lost Aldrich, Collins and Henry, but we will just reload with other players ready to step up. I will not be surprised if Missouri beats us in Columbia next year, but to beat us in both Columbia and in Lawrence? That is not an easy feat, and you should know that. I think everyone is underestimating how strong KU will be next year, that being said I think Missouri has a great shot to challenge Kansas for the Big 12 crown next year and possibly the next couple years to follow.

Ya, I don't take any win over ku in basketball for granted. And no one wins in Lawrence. I read MU message boards so I know all about what ku brings back. But I am saying don't be surprised when it happens. More of a 'you heard it here first' kind of statement. Could I be wrong, absolutely.
For the first time (possibly ever) Mizzou has a top 5 recruiting class including a possible 1 and done freshman and 2 junior college All-Americans coming in. Another top 50 guard (who is the younger brother of one of the jucos so there is already chemistry there) and mix them in with a large group of experienced players who advanced in both the last two tourneys.
At the very minimum the games will be a lot more competitive than they have been in say.. 15 years?

I am all for that, as much as I hate Missouri I want to see some competetive games from them, otherwise the victories are not as sweet. Beating K-state in basketball has lost all its fun because we have become so good at doing it. I will remember that you predicted it here if it happens, but I want you to remember that I said it is not going to happen when it does not happen, because there is no way KU will lose to Missouri twice next year, if they even lose once.
