opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least

We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in

Decal loading errors

I get nothing for Decal in game. When I update I get an error saying that a file is still in use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times now. This is what I have for an export;

the V... no version is a clue that possibly you tried and failed to de-install VI bundle incorrectly.
just today VI pointed a person with similar problem in direction of her instructions for Uninstalling.

Actually it looks more like everything is messed up (can't update memlocs?). You could try a clean install:

If this is vista/7, you should probably make sure everything is in c:\games or whatever rather than program files.
Are you running everything as admin?

Yeah about that... I have everything in C:\Turbine\AC I have no idea why Decal is looking where it is. I am doing a clean reinstall and then I'll get back to you on if it worked or not.
