	Just took it real slow and gave it a rough chop. Still managed to poke my hand with the knife though, second time I've done that. 	Yes, I know. That's why I waited until everything was prepped. Just forgot one teenie weenie item. It was a really good Shiraz from South Africa, used 1/2 of it to make some stew. 	pkhere posted: you need to stop drinking when you cook you are going to seriously injure yourself! I took your last warning to heart. Thought I had all the chopping finished and before I poured the wine into the stew, I just had to check it out first. So I took it real slow and the poke didn't even break skin.
