This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least 20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per page).

We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in lieu of that.

	It's cured pigs jowl. While almost everybody is going to like good Pancetta, this is going to be hit and miss, some people will not like it. Lots more fat than pancetta too. 	First thing I tried was I rendered the Guanicali until it was crispy bits then I took it out and cooked shrimp until almost done, took them out. Then I added 1 shallot sauteed until light brown, added some garlic, then I added about a cup of chicken stock. While it was boiling I scrapped up all the yum yums at the bottom. When the stock reduced to a sort of thin syrupy texture I added the shrimp, guanciali bits, and a cup of cooked white rice. The rice soaked up everything, shrimp finished cooking. Finished with Tony Sacheries. It was very good but different. It had warm spice overtones with clove peaking out every now and then.
