No I don't have an export, problem is with a friends machine and I'm just trying to help.

She installed the bundle and it says everything installed fine and up to date (as of 2 days ago or so). When she runs with Virindi View turned on she gets nothing but a black screen. When she turns it off everything seems to run fine.

She has multiple plugins that work fine, Go Arrow, Alinco3, Skunkvision, AgentZ (cept for the npc crashing bug), Vtank, Quest Timer to name a few. She has tried it turning off everything but Virindi View, still gets the black screen with it alone.

Any idea what could cause the black screen with Virindi View enabled, without seeing an export?

She's running Vista 64 bit btw

Is her video card really old/low end? Perhaps putting windows in low graphics (non-3d) mode would help?

I am the friend. Very new computer bought in 7 2009. ASUS gaming computer -- but a laptop. Other Vista laptop handles bundle fine though much older. I suspect there is some underlying program I need to load but not sure what it would be.
