I think of the remaining ones this one has more personality.
I imagine it's scary as heck being infront of those judges each week. Chef Meta looks lik ehe is scared to death all the time. His eyes remind me of a deer in the headlights look.
I think chef Garces can be funny at times, and he seems to very much like the challenges.

LOL the Indian guy has crazy eyes sometimes, and he tries really hard. Sometimes goes a little overboard I think.
