So Im going to be getting one of these soon...

I plan on adding to my diet a smoothie every mornig because I hate eating breakfast but I know skipping out completely isnt helping.
What are some good combination of veggies and fruit? Obviously I'd prefer something sweet to super sweet that early in the morning.

I usually play online on my favorite web spot... Typobounty then I get hungry for a snack, and its usually a banana strawberry smoothie. Sometimes with vanilla icecream. yummy!!

I don't really put veggies in mine. But I usually do Frozen Fruit or fresh fruit depending on whats on sale.(Blueberries/peaches/strawberrys/pineapple/bannana/apple). Add in some Orange Juice, protein powder, a dash of vanilla, ice, a litte bit of honey or sugar (depends on what you like). I put vitamins in as well Vitamin C and what not.
Spin it up and enjoy.
It takes a little time to figure out how much of something you need but after a while it is easy
