Really Need your help for Castaway ! thnaks

I run castaway for a long time before but last week after i re-install whole window and all program to my pc then now each time when i use the castaway it kick me out from the game. others plugin such as lifetank, go arrow with decal are running smooth. i try to remove and reinsall the castaway but still not work so wish someone can tell me how can i fix it! the ver i tried are the latest one and 1.7.0.894 i am using XP with SP3.
one question that my friend help me find out is the castaway cant write the profile folder and files for each toon under my document/castaway folder.

Just a note on this. I had slita try running only castaway but the client still crashed on login. If anyone has any ideas it would be great.

Download and try the latest version 1.7.0.906.
Then check to see if your the Castaway folder exists in your Documents folder.
If it does, does it have a Logs folder. If that exists reply with a copy/paste of the latest log file (if it's too big, copy paste the last few lines).

Try this...
1] Uninstall Castaway
2] Delete the Castaway folder from the My Documents folder
3] Re-install Castaway
4] at this point you shouldn't have a Castaway folder in your Documents folder until you log on for the first time
5] Log on and see what happens. If it crashes, check again for the contents of the Castaway folder.

ok followed the step as you said and get kick when enter to the world
it create castaways folder under document and there has a log file but it got nothing in it! the log file size is 0

Have you tried disabling Lifetank and Darkside Filter?

Been trying to reproduce it on my end but no luck. Nor can I see anything wrong with your setup.
One thing I can suggest looking at is the event viewer (check the Application, Security and System entries) for errors or warnings around the time AC crashes.
If you see any post here the info.
