Any ideas why I'm getting this error? It seems to crash Quest Timer, until I completely log out of the client and back in. I've been getting it a lot when I'm running colo on my four accounts with acdc running.

I'm getting ready to run colo mini's which it almost always happens for, so I'll see if I can re-produce the error and post a screenshot of it.
Ok.. just had it happen on 2 of the 4 accounts logged in.. here's what it says in the chat window.

is this that old problem, not seen that it was fixed, of logging out with a timer counting down on one of the jester's deck of card spells?
which as i recall only affected the one toon on the account with the timer running, any other toon logged in doesn't run into the errror.

It looks like the function that logs errors is causing the crash (there's some irony). When one of the clients writes an error to the log file, it leaves the file open (and locked for writing). When the next client tries to log an error, it can't write to the error file. Quest Timer apparently doesn't handle that gracefully, and winds up crashing AC. I don't have an active AC account or the VB development tools still installed, so it's unlikely that I'll make a fix for this.
The only work-around I can offer is to prevent Quest Timer from showing any error messages when you're multi-logging. The error message at the top of your last post happened because you were making changes to the quest file in one instance of AC before that instance had a chance to load the previous changes made by another instance. To make sure that doesn't happen: after you complete a quest on character A, wait until you see this message in yellow text in character B's chat window before you complete a quest on that character (it should happen within 10 seconds):

Yeah.. was gonna go in and see if there was a way to do that in the plugin.
Would that be the "Watch for other clients modifying the Quest file (when dual logging)" option?
Or yeah.. wait for a few more seconds for each client to display the message..
