Are there any developers here?

Are there any developers who still work with the Lifetank program? I have been to their web forum and it seems deserted. Does anyone visit this forum who knows anything about the workings of Lifetank? Just curious where one should go to try to find help with this plugin. Thanks. I wrote the moderator here a PM, he read it and no response. So.... I'm really stumped as to what this forum is for and if anyone uses it!!

Lifetank XI is dead... I've quit AC and have not supported XI for over a year now. The website is only left online for the few people that do still use it so the auth server won't break it.
I don't know who supports Lifetank anymore. Xeon took it back, but I dunno if he still plays or not.

Xeon quit, so he's not working on it anymore. Paraduck did say that he planned on working on it, but that he was pretty busy so no time frame on that.

And remember that Xeon was working on LifeTank X (and not "XI") ..
Also remember that we have had some wonderful talent who volunteered a lot of thier free time over the years to maintaining these various tank utilities.
I do admit that it is sad that they retain their code after they retire from the game, orphaning the utility in the process. But, it is thier's to do so.

Xeon always open sourced Lifetank. I gave him my source, and I think he published it after removing the auth server stuff.
I never published it because I was too lazy to remove the auth server stuff =) I know some people still prefer XI over X, but it's still has the auth in it

Thankfully Lifetank is not the only Decal plugin...

Thank you. At least this gives me more information. I was afraid that there was no support for the program. Tis a shame, it was a fantastic program and i've used it for years (well, I used it after Eltank was gone). For some reason, it works great on my first account, but won't work on my second acct. I'll keep playing with it and try to figure out why.

Interesting. Perhaps I should try removing XI and going with X. I might try that and see if I have any luck. I'm willing to try most anything to keep it running. I know how to work it and really don't want to learn a new auto buffing program!

Thankfully Lifetank is not the only Decal plugin...

Thankfully, is correct! I use several great plugins with Decal. But, unfortunately Lifetank is the one I am having a problem with. I'm beginning to think it has something to do with the fact that I only added this second acct several months ago. My Lifetank still works quite successfully with my first account, but not with my newer second acct. I may have to resign myself to learning a new buffing program (as basically, I use Lifetank to self buff!).

Well, I totally uninstalled XI and installed X.
Same problem, my char on my second acct just casts one spell over and over and over....
Back to the drawing board.
If any users of Lifetank have any clues, or suggestions please fire away! I'm willing to try almost anything
