LTx wont pay attention to my Stamina Vital Settings...help

Ive been using LTx for awhile now and all my other toons have used it successfully.
For some reason my newb archer fails to restam himself. Ive tried potions, spells, everything.
LTx doesn't even acknowledge that my stamina is below the set level.
Health and Mana work fine.

OK. One interesting thing to note. It will restam while I am buffing and right before i start buffing if im low on stamina. It will not restam at the end of the buff cycle after my final stam to mana or when I have my bow out.

So it wont restam in archer mode. But it will in mage and melee mode.
ive tried all uninstalls, reboots, and .7, .8, and .9 life tank x versions.

heres some more info, i think....
This shows up constantly when in Archer mode but not when I'm in Mage mode. (Staming works fine in mage mode so it must not be a problem with options.) On my debug, as soon as i go back to archer mode this begings to show up and will stop when I leave archer mode. Therefore, Im thinking this is important.

turn on continuous buffing mode so you go into casting mode more often :/

.. not too familliar with archers.. what lvl is your archer.. does he have lots of stam? maybe work on his vitals? it seems easy but tweak it out? gl man

Had this problem with my Archer when I first started to use LTx. I know it don't help, but I just don't remember. It was something that was a "Captain Obvious" move. I'll take a look later tonight and see if I can figure it out again.

Ok still having this problem. It doesnt read the AC client stamina bar when in archer mode.
