SO wheres my Magazine Subscription?

not angry or anything, but ive looked eerywhere, and cant find anything to ask where my subscription went.
I have tried signing into the support area of IGN, says my user name and PW wrong, wrong email addy, wrong everything, although I have only ever used one email addy until the switch that happend some time ago and I had to make a new email addy for my old existing account.
can anyone point me in the right direction? I think it was suppose to be "Wired" that I was going to receive, but have yet to.

my dad asked me why i was getting porn shipped to my office when they sent me maxim. i was like wha? oh maxim. shipping address and free? i dunno.  i have to say though, the stuff in maxim that weren't almost naked women was quite entertaining.
