Yup, it's called lifetank. Keep playing with it.

I'll help you with the healing part, and then maybe you can figure out the vuln...

Under the Macro tab, select the Helper tab. Check Enable Fellow Healing and Enable Fellow Restam if you want that as well.
Set Assist Range as appropriate. For anywhere within the radar and even slightly outside it, use 20. If you're standing
right next to who you are helping, a value of 5 should be fine. Adjust the sliders for the threshold(s) you want the
healing and restam processes to kick in at. I usually set the health to around four fifths to the right, and the restam
to around halfway or a skosh more.

Create a fellowship and recruit your archer. You will most likely need to uncheck sharing of XP there. While the mage
is monitoring the archer, the fellowship panel for the mage MUST be open. If any player in the fellow does not have
their fellow panel open, then they are not being sent fellow information from AC. The archer does not need to have the
panel open, because he doesn't need these stats to know when to heal the mage. In a situation where you had both toons
supporting each other, then they both need their panels open.

So, before entering a combat situation, enable Lifetank on the mage, open your fellow panel and make sure you can see
the archer's stats in that panel. Your mage should heal and restam as necessary now. You can play with the threshold
sliders in real-time, which simply means you do not have to re-start LTx for any changes you make in the Helper tab.

Lastly, there is no individual healing support, it is fellowship only. So if you are with a group, you will heal and/or
restam ALL fellow members who are in your assist range.

As far as the vulning goes, take my advice here and give your mage a break... get your archer a rended bow for the
dungeon he is working. Problem solved.
