so while hunting last night, and yes I decided to use LTx again, after installing vtank agentz ac+ and a few others.. only had ltx active though... and I am at work, so if this is something that can be answered without an export that would be cool, otherwise I will post an export tonight
I start searching for arrows and don't re route to fletching anymore, has this happened to anyone else?

Sounds similar to something that happened to me.
I had a full stack of quarrels and a partial stack, when the full stack got down to below 100 I double clicked on the partial stack to have it merge with the in use stack. Later Lifetank attempted to locate the ammunition but couldn't. I stopped and started it and it fletched just fine after that. I believe what happened to me is that it scanned my inventory at start up 'noted' the ammunition and couldn't find it when I had merged the incomplete stacks.

This bug hit me once and I couldn't figure it out. The solution came by luck...
Your default bow, arrow, arrowhead and shafts need to be selected. I learn to do this before every session.
Click your bow in inventory and select the SET button in LTx. WATCH the chat screen! If it says 'Please select a valid bow', it did not stick! Even if it shows your selected bow as default, it didn't stick...
Do the same for arrows, arrowheads and shafts, every time watching for the error in your chat screen. If you do not see any errors, your fletching will start working again.
If you see an error, it can be frustrating to get it cleared. Sometimes I can click arrows that are armed and it will stick. Sometimes it doesn't. I drag the arrows down to the backpack and try again. Doesn't work? Move the arrows to a different pack slot. Click anything else, then click the arrows again and select SET. One of those times, it's gonna work. Arrowheads and shafts use this same process of moving to different slots, pick any other item, then go back to the arrowheads or shafts and select SET.
Once you have all items set without chatlog errors, the fletching will work. Best of luck!

ahh yeah, thats what i needed.. i did the same thing with merging the stacks of heads/shafts and now its been bugged for like a week
ill have to try this when i get home.
