Hi and thanks for such an awesome program.
I am using Vista Home Basic Version 6.0 (Build 6000). I tried updating using the Update Button within Denagent. Tried restarting AC and Decal after that. Also tried updating using DecalUtil.exe and still not working. All red X's and no Decal in AC. I am pasting my export below. (Also, I did run both DenAgent and DecalUtil as administrator before attempting to update.) Thank you so much for your help!

Try again today!
I'm guessing you were also getting caching issues which are so problematic on patch day.
The cache should have expired by now, and you should be able to get the latest memlocs if you try again.

Well it was today that I did it... but I'll keep trying. So what I'm doing I should just keep doing and eventually it should work? You said something about something expiring... I am guessing that maybe you are referring to the cache-ing that some ISPs do... not sure. I know when I upload site changes, some of my clients can't see them for 24-48 hours even when they clear their computer's cache because their ISP actually caches stuff too so they have to wait for the ISP to refresh.... is it something like that? Just a matter of waiting until I'm actually able to access the updates? Well, thank you and I'll keep at it until I get it working.

That's exactly it.
Some ISPs cache these XML files for a long time and prevent people from updating properly. the main problem is actually the updatelist.xml because it is the main list that says what needs to be updated. It is really the only one we care if it is cached, because the other XML files are "unique".
If you still can't update, you can look for Digero's update site where he provides links to the file downloads for you and you just have to save them to your Decal folder. It isn't as easy as clicking "Update" but it could also work.
