The chef on dinner impossible smeared a tenderloin with mustard and then
rolled it in spicy rotisserie seasoning and let them set for a few hours.

It obviously had a lot of paprika. I think you'd add some smoked
paprika to get the smokey flavoring but what else would you add?

I'm thinking paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, jalapeno powder or
cayenne for some kick.

What else would give it a smoky flavor.

Maybe something like this?

When I make it, I substitute celery seed for the cumin and use a mix of black and white pepper.

* 1/2 cup paprika
* 1/4 cup kosher salt, finely ground
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 2 tablespoons mustard powder
* 1/4 cup chili powder
* 1/4 cup ground cumin
* 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
* 1/4 cup granulated garlic
* 2 tablespoons cayenne

I'm going to play around with this.
