I need a few melee testers for the latest version of LTx. Normally you can't use auto-attack with LTx, but I've made some code changes. I've testing it on my melee for the last 13 hours and everything seems ok.

Turn on auto-attack and let me know if you notice anything that doesn't work correctly.

Oh and I also added in a list for Emergency Healing items, so you'll want to check that out also.

Been using your new version of Life tank and have to say Much better for us Melee toons. But I thought you might like to know it has been adding some strange things to the Monster DB for instance it added a pair of wool pants I dropped. It also added an axe I had dropped. Other than that Kudo's

Should probably upgrade to 11-9-3, as some debug code for detecting "lost critters" made it into the 11-9-2 release. It could add weird things to your critter list (like other players, items, etc)

Hopefully the instances if LTx loosing critters (ignoring them, etc) should be fixed in 11-9-3.

Yup .. On a previous version, I was added to a buddy's as a "unknown critter" hypnotized .. Didn't know I was so dangerous! skull

I upgraded to the 11.9.3? (your latest) version and it quit adding dropped items or friends, or even corpses as a new monster but now it has started adding "unknownentity".

Yeah, that's the Lost Critter detection kicking in. I think I may have solved the problem that was causing it, so I may just take all that code out.

the only problem i have is that LT will follow the mob if it runs away. sometimes ill slide far enough away from my waypoint and get surrounded and destroyed.

Not much I can do about that, as it's AC's sticky melee.

I've added a check so that if you are > Melee attack distance away from your sticky point, stop and return to it.

But sometimes the critter runs away so fast that code never gets a chance to activate.

auto attack is working great, really upping XP. just a thought, but when you set a sticky point would it be possible to have the macro face a certain direction? like the same direction you were facing when you set it? kinda like lifestones.
