opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per

Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Quest timer errors

hey all,
i just installed a tool named quest timer, i just downlaod it cuz my dad also uses it. And it seems a very nice program. But it doesen't work with my decal. 
well i can get the plugin attached into decal and start it on AC screen but it doesen't want to downlaod the questlist so i download it manually but still it won't take the list from the xml file downloaded at the site of questtimer. i get the following errors:

Try reinstalling MSXML4 ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=3144b72b-b4f2-46da-b4b6-c5d7485f2b42&displaylang=en ). If that doesn't work, open the folder where you installed Quest Timer (C:\Program Files\Decal Plugins\Quest Timer), open errors.txt, and post it here.

Quest Timer was affected by the changes this patch, but we updated the protocol to fix it.. Can you post an export? (Go to the Decal window, hit Export, Copy to Clipboard, and paste the results here).

You may want to reinstall Decal as well. First uninstall Quest Timer, then Decal. Then reinstall Decal, then Quest Timer.
[Edit] I just re-read Thorfinn's post. Maybe you should try clicking update in Decal before you try reinstalling.
Anyways, it seems to be failing when it tries to instantiate a new DecalInput.Timer: "The specified module could not be found." As far as I know, updating messages.xml shouldn't fix that, but I guess it's worth a try first.
