I can get to that subpage fine. Then when I click the download link I get:

Gawa has been AWOL for a while now. edit: he hinted at an almost complete v0.4 release here: http://vnboards.ign.com/ac_utilities/b5432/103438953/p1/
The last released version of DE is available at http://rapidshare.com/files/104206114/DEInstall_0.3.0.0.msi.html (about 11.5 MB)
A DB download format change broke the XoD updater around 6/2007
Someone else here is hosting the last known good database updates from XoD and Acspedia as well as an updated map (sorry, I forgot the URL)
