Buffing program?

I have always used BuffMe for buffing but I just got a new computer and when I went to reinstall Decal and the plugins I couldn't find Buffme anywhere for download? I still have it on my other 2 computers and transfered it to the new machine but can't figure out how to get it into decal?
I also downloaded Alinco Buffs but can't figure out how it works? I have used Alinco for a while but this is the first time I have tried the buff program. I can set up the buffs I want just fine but can't figure out how to get the program to start. I also have the Alinco filter installed but am looking for some kind of start button or something.
I downloaded quickbuffs too but it looks pretty useless. Are there any other buffing programs out there? I really don't want to put Lifetank on my computer.

One of AC+'s features is self buffing. It can either keep whatever buffs you asked it to topped up, or it can do a full rebuff. It supports different buffing profiles as well.
