We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but

My decal is not appearing IG, not getting any of the log on texts in the chat box like normal either...

Heh... you're all way off. *grins*
_Bladen_ : you need to install the latest version of ACDualClient and run it once to clear out some settings. Once you've opened it to the main screen, you can close it and uninstall it if you don't want to use it anymore.
You've got some remnants of an old install hanging around which is causing your problem.
