Subject: Searching for plugin (similar to pre-ToD MageLock)
I posted this in AC General and was told I should try here for great justice.

I'm looking for a plugin that does what MageLock used to do back before ToD. If you're unfamiliar with magelock, it was basically a halfway point between no plugins and letting tank do all your work for you. You could assign spell types (arc, vuln, bolt) to specific keys, and when you pressed that key the plugin took into account your target, looked up that target in a database, and selected the appropriate spell for you to cast. In this way, I was able to play a mage with 3 buttons the way I could with melee (had vuln, bolt, and next monster set to delete, end, and page down, respectively). It kept my spell bars reasonably clean and kept me from getting carpal tunnel. I miss this plugin dearly. Are there any newer ones that do what I want?

I imagine there is an elTank-like plugin that will cast my spells for me but something in me really enjoys hitting the cast button for each spell instead of sitting back and watching a fight play out while I do nothing. If anybody has any suggestions, please let me know. If I have to write my own it's going to be unpleasant for everyone because I have not a clue what I'm doing. Thanks for your time.

Excellent, that looks like it will do exactly what I wanted, when paired with the Hotkey System. Thank you so much!
