Need help with memlocs.

I'm running Decal Agent 2.9.6.0 alhpa8 and have all the other stuff it requires.
My decal worked before this patch.
Problem is I decal tells me I don't have the latest memlocs for this patch. I click update, it updates and the plugins are still broken. I've rebooted, checked to make sure i have latest version of plugins, reinstalled directx, framework, and other things im not really sure what they do. I've deleted my updatelist and memlocs and keep trying to update, but it doesnt work.
I'm out of ideas.
can anyone help?

ah, i fixxed it.
had to remove everything decal related off my computer, reinstalled everything, cleared decal registry, reinstalled certificates and downloaded a couple windows updates i was appearently missing.
not sure what was the root of the problem but i fixxed it somewhere along the line after 4 hours of messing around lol.

it was most likely a cache issue.
re-installing everything just wasted a lot of time and allowed your cache to expire to download a fresh copy.
rarely is re-installing things really the solution to a problem. Sure it might fix some things, but most of the time it's just a cover-up for the real issue.... especially when it comes to Decal.

Thats well and good of you to bring up, but would you care to explain how to clear which cache. There are still some people who have done a fresh reinstall, and still see all red x's next to the pluggins.
Screenshots or you dont have it working

You don't clear the cache. The cache expires.
It's all based on the network between you and the server. It happens EVERY patch day.
The best bet is to just wait until you see me post the "Memlocs Posted" thread. Don't click update before then or you'll cache an old file and won't be able to get the new one for a while.
This can also be due to other people within your ISP clicking Update prematurely as well. Unfortunately not all users are in control of the cached content, so some other bonehead on your ISP network can screw it up for you. Sorry.
