I was doin pretty good with 0.2 and would like to continue with it as it has all my detection setting and everyting.
Is there a fix or it or do I have to go to "0.4" now?

version 0.2 has been disabled intentionally.
Any attempts to get it to work would be bypassing the security mechanisms put into decal to protect the plugin authors, and therefore would be against the Decal User-License, as well as the Terms of Service of the VNBoards.

It was removed because of the strain it was putting on Turbine's servers.
New one works perfectly fine for most people.
