When clicking on link in Sucamartos you get what seems like front page of a provider wanting to host sites, as in owner of BuffMe no longer has a site there. Has it been moved to another place?

I always download as save the programs to my hard drive just in case the author goes bye bye. PM your email and I can send you the program.

Thx I also have on my harddrive as I dl everything too before installing. I was just wondering as I was sending a follower to (the site) to get it and she reported it not there.

I've run into quite a few people looking for it, so I uploaded a copy to my server:

I'll take it down if anyone believes the plugin author would prefer I not do this, but it struck me as more of "abandonedware" that they simply forgot about long ago, and never renewed their domain name on.
I downloaded my copy about 2-3 days before the site vanished entirely, so I'm pretty certain it's the most recent version existing.
edit: appears to be Version 0.1.8.2 (according to decal)
