When questioned about this issue, Turbine stated that they could not do it without changing the game requirements. The issue is that there are no enough pixels in the lowest resolution setting to make more bars. Turbine isn't willing to remove the lowest setting 800x600?

blah more bars, I want a plug-in to save / edit / create spell bars. What would be really cool is if you could have a "spell" on your bar that triggered a decal hotkey event. So, for example, you could set up an Arc button that picked the damage type based on the target.

I started porting Spellbar Saver to Decal 3 a while ago, but got sidetracked with GoArrow and busy with school. I'll see about reviving it after this semester is over.
