Proly the integrated graphics controller
The lack of a quality video card with a minimum of 125mb of video memory will cause all kinds of issues with trying to get decal and ac to run... I have heard of some getting to work but not without a ton of headaches or just plain poor performance.
It has been said in the past that to run ac and decal you need a good video card with at least 125mb of video ram and 256 is recommended.

this is a cheap card with almost all you need I have never used it or anything ... just did a quick look
