How are you sure it's Decal and not a Plugin?

No service packs and onboard video? shock
I'm honestly surprised it used to run OK...

But, seems you may have a bad plugin. I'd try uninstall decal/plugins and fresh reinstall everything.

I would start by ripping all plugins and decal out. Do a clean Decal install. Make sure it works with only Decal running. Add a plugin. Make sure it still works. repeat as long as AC continue to work.

why not start with disabling all plugins and filters.

see if it works with bare Decal

then start enabling from there.

if it crashes with bare decal, then start ripping things out and re-installing them

His installation is already screwed up because he got links to plugins that do not exist. The infamous noname plugins

the No Name plugin could just be a bad plugin installation.

that has no reflection on the condition of Decal itself.

That <No Name> plugin is actually Mule TradeIt!

Probably was improperly removed from the system and left behind some residuals.

(deleted the Folder/DLL most likely)

Again.. this doesn't affect the state of Decal itself, and there is no need to completely re-install all of Decal and all Plugins just because one of them is in an improper condition.

If the Decal Filters or DHS or Services were in that condition, maybe a re-install would be the best solution.

All I'm saying is... start with the easy stuff, then move on.
