Seems to be, but it was fine yesterday, so until we hear any news to the contrary it's a fairly safe bet that it'll be back when whatever broke it gets fixed.

The domain is still registered, and Update should work again.
Some diret-to-MSI download links should work again too, though not necessarily all of them.
We're getting 'official' mirrors up as transparently and quickly as we can, while we deal with the hardware failure that hosts this and several other domains.
