Eltank has been gone for about 6 months or so now. You're just now starting to realize you can't live without it?

The story as to why it's gone, has been beaten to death several times. If you want the story, go in the message history on this board.

Cliff notes version:

1) ElgarL got mad at Turbine quit AC
2) ElgarL starting playing Eve again
3) Elgarl asked Decal development to disable Eltank.

You can use lifetank

Does "LifeTank" help with the combating, as Tank did??

I dont believe that UCM'ing is a good thing at all, but I am a bit disabled and Tank really helped me play the game.

Thanks Yall

i see the old keyword: el tank radar is still functioning. rolling_eyes

it's a such shame that the 'ego stroke threads' for this (beat the dead horse) topic have become all but extinct. liarliar

lifetank is not as "friendly" as eltank was. It doesn't heal others as well as eltank did and eltank had a few other things I liked better (like being able to lock on one target ignoring anything else) and was much better at "hunting" versus just standing in one spot, but lifetank is all we got and it works, most of the time.

I thought Eltank was a lot more intelligent about knowing when to buff than lifetank. It is an extremely well written piece of software. I'm thankful to have had it for a few years.

Deleted. Not giving Elgar the satisfaction.
