I'm not an archer, but I usually keep my health set to a quarter inch under 100%, my stam is about 65-75%, and my mana is ~35-50%.
For my melee, I usually keep my stam much lower, in like the 25% range just to keep from chugging rations all the time.

This, however, has proved interesting... When I go to buff, I have to move the stam slider up to keep from S2M chaining because the stam drops too low while buffing. I've considered adding a 2nd stam slider to only be used while buffing.

Indeed. I run into exactly the same thing on my melees: either move the slider back up, or try to spam an extra revit after s2m while buffing...

"I've considered adding a 2nd stam slider to only be used while buffing."

Excellent! applause

Yeah, that's the issue I was having. I seem to have found a good balance at keeping stam pretty high. It will only restam using spells once it hits ~100 rather than trying to restam as soon as it gets below the threshold. (Not sure why, but hey, I'm happy)

Quren:
Right now, because the stam on a melee is a set constant in the code. I've already fixed it in my version, but I haven't release it yet, nor merged my changes with that of which Para has completed. I hope to be able to do this soon.

I have stam set at about 70%, and Critical set at about 10%

That way it stams to mana just fine when buffing - i.e. it'll revit after S2M every time- but does not start drinking/eating during combat until it hits the 10% mark.
