Quest Timer error when Dual Logging, Client Crashes

I'm seeing this error in quest timer and others similar when it tries to send info:
<{ Quest Timer }> Error downloading Quests XML: [Server Error] Failed to connect to database [v2.4.0.2]
When I dual log I get a windows error and the second client crashes in about 1 minute. "Run Time Error 70 Permission Denied"

there are problems with UPdating when dual logged with several plugins, questtimer???, but i've never had any problems but then i don't believe i connect to the database either.
I have all the auto download or check for updates turned off may want to try that.
also if you have the upload to treestats turned on and tree stats is down that may be a problem, i dont fool with treestats and don't have any issues.
